COACH PAIGE LINNE
Head Coach
Linne was born and raised in Arizona and began riding at an early age.  This early foundation led Paige to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science at Texas A&M University. As an undergraduate, Paige participated in the Stock Horse Team before becoming a member of the Women’s Equestrian Team reining squad. Upon graduation, Paige entered the Equine Industry Management Masters Degree Program at Texas A&M. While earning her Masters Degree, she has served as an Animal Science department graduate assistant and coach of the Texas A&M Stock Horse Team. From 2015-2017, Paige coached the Stock Horse team to winning multiple Stock Horse of Texas (SHTX) and American Stock Horse Association (ASHA) Champions and Reserve Champions titles. During graduate school, Paige served as intern to the NCEA with the goal of researching potential grant funding opportunities and proposing the sport to additional educational institutions to grow the presence and strength of college equestrian across the nation. Paige strives to stay involved in the Quarter Horse industry, having served as a scribe at the AQHA Ranch Versatility World Show, volunteer at the AQHA Youth World Cup, and summer clinician in South America. Paige Linne is a member of the equine undergraduate faculty, teaching courses including careers preparation and equine behavior & training. She also oversees all student internship experiences toward the department’s Equine Science Certificate and acts as the Stock Horse Team coach and IHSA club advisor. She is now serving as a Lecturer for the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University.
